Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Diecast Hub mobile application ("App") operated by HegionSoft ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Diecast Hub, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the App.

2. Description of Service

Diecast Hub is a mobile application that allows users to:

• Track and manage their diecast car collections
• Browse and discover other collectors' garages
• Participate in a community of diecast enthusiasts
• Use AI-powered features to identify diecast models
• Purchase optional Premium subscriptions for enhanced features

3. User Accounts

To access most features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the App (photos, descriptions, forum posts). By submitting content, you grant HegionSoft a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App and for promotional purposes.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, offensive, or defamatory
• Infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Contains spam, malware, or unauthorized advertising
• Impersonates another person or entity

5. Premium Subscriptions & Purchases

Diecast Hub offers optional Premium subscriptions that provide additional features. Subscription details:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan chosen
• Payment is charged to your App Store (Apple) or Google Play account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store / Google Play account settings
• We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by law

6. Intellectual Property

The Diecast Hub app, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by HegionSoft and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without our prior written consent.

Third-party brand names (Hot Wheels, Matchbox, etc.) referenced in the App are trademarks of their respective owners. Diecast Hub is not affiliated with or endorsed by these brands.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the App's content
• Use automated tools to access or interact with the App
• Harass, bully, or harm other users

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content or third-party information in the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HegionSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or device damage.

10. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services (Firebase, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, RevenueCat, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via App Settings → Delete Account.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable jurisdiction.
